| Summary as of 4/25/2012 | |
 | Minaurum Gold Inc. is an aggressive gold and silver exploration company managed by an experienced team of proven mine finders. The property portfolio has been optioned from some of the most successful project generators in Mexico; David M. Jones (discovered Goldcorp's Los Filos deposit, co-credited with discovery of Kinross's Buckhorn Deposit) and Dr. Peter Megaw (Mag Silver, West Timmins Mining, Excellon Resources). Over the last decade our team has been credited with the discovery of over 200 million ounces silver and 8 million ounces gold in Mexico and have arranged $400 million in financing for resource development. Backed by strong institutional shareholders and an experienced technical team, Minaurum is sufficiently funded to support the advancement of our project portfolio in Mexico, to find the industry's next new discovery. | |

| Corazonada | 5,830 hectares | Mexico | Morelos | Exploration | Zones of sulphide mineralization have returned historical rock chip assays of 512 g/t Ag, 4% Zn and 1.2% Pb. Zinifex USA Ltd. held the Corazonada property under option from Minera Mariposa and conducted exploration during 2007 and 2008. Zinifex's program included a property-wide helicopter-borne, high-resolution magnetic survey, followed by an eight-hole, 2,006-metre core drilling program on two of four identified target areas. After Zinifex and Oxiana Minerals merged to form OZ Minerals in late 2008, OZ Minerals dropped the project before drilling of the strongest magnetic anomalies revealed by their survey. However, one of their holes (LC08-07) intersected 72 metres averaging 13 g/t Ag, from 121-193 metres in zinc-bearing garnet-pyroxene skarn associated with a moderate level magnetic anomaly, including 14 metres at 13 g/t silver and 0.24% zinc. |

| Santa Marta | 7,310 hectares | Mexico | Oaxaca | Exploration | A small open pit on the property (the Santa Marta mine) was active during the late 1960s and produced an estimated 50,000-70,000 tonnes. Mineralization averaged several percent copper along with up to 2 g/t gold, and a sample of hand-sorted mineralization reportedly contained 11.54% copper and 1.96g/t gold, according to reports from the time. Recent sampling returned 1.1% copper over 25 meters in oxidized rock in the pit. A silica-rich horizon, interpreted as a volcanic-exhalative lens, assayed 0.8 to 1.0 g/t gold across sample widths of up to 4 meters. The old mine lies near the southern end of a 600-meter-long north-northeast-trending ridgeline of gossanous metavolcanic rocks, which may indicate continuity of mineralization seen in the open pit. Deeply weathered gossan exposures range from 800 to 3,000 ppm Cu where sampled. Mineralization occurs within a belt of upper Jurassic to lower Cretaceous metavolcanic rocks and appears to represent a volcanogenic massive-sulfide (VMS) deposit with potential for significant gold-silver-copper-lead-zinc mineralization. Post-mineral mid-Tertiary volcanic rocks crop out in the western and southern parts of the concession block; they appear to be deposited on the Jurassic-Cretaceous rocks. |

| Vuelcos del Destino | 8,800 hectares | Mexico | Guerrero | Exploration | Formed in a Tertiary granodiorite stock complex emplaced in carbonate rocks of the Cretaceous Morelos Formation. Intrusions are biotite-and quartz-rich porphyries similar to intrusive rocks associated with gold deposits along the GGB. Contact-related calc-silicate (skarn) and magnetite-oxide-jasperoid alteration is locally developed in the carbonates, and intrusive rocks host widespread structurally controlled oxide-clay-calcite alteration, identical in setting and style to that seen at Goldcorp's Los Filos and Bermejal open pit mines. |
